The bakers perosnal story

"It all started 2 - 3 years ago thanks to my sweet nephew who turned 2. He loved and still loves cars, so we decided that a racing car theme cake will be the best choice. With the help of my sister-in-law, we created my first fondant cover cake and fondant cars, all edible.

As you all guess it wasn't perfect, but the excitement, the feeling, the emotion, made an unforgettable experience.
It was love at first sight and I became addicted to baking cakes. Since then, at every family member special occasion, especially at my kids, nieces and nephew, I bake the cake!

I am totally in love with it, I could spend hours and hours without food and sleep and not looking at the clock, as we all do at an ordinary job.
I have made lots of different cakes, every single one has the personal touch, I've learned how to work with fondant, with buttercream, with ganache, how to make a tiered cake, how to make toppers, figurines, etc.
Everything is self-taught from Youtube and from hours and hours of practice , you know what they say ‘Practice makes perfect’.

During this time I've gained experience, skills, and faith that this is the path to follow.
Every single time I start a cake, my aim is to be perfect and I am very focused on details because in my point of view, details makes the difference between a cake and a WOW cake.
And I do believe that at any occasion, a wedding, a birthday, a christening, etc everything has to be perfect, the CAKE has to be perfect.
I work only with fresh ingredients, free-range eggs, and I do everything from scratch.
So what was just a hobby 3 years ago now it's a very small business between my kids and my part-time job:)
I have completed the ' High Speed Training" Food Safety and Hygiene Level 2 Certificate, I am registered with Cherwell City Council with a 4 star Hygiene rating (only because I didn't print some documents and I didn't have fridge thermometer) and I am fully insured.

A very small business which was born from a hobby and now is my 4th love after my 2 kids and my husband:)
